CONSTITUTION:An error is generated in a specific bit of a pseudorandom code, and is multiplexed with other transmission signal train by a multiplexing circuit 5. From a synchronizing circuit 9, a pseudorandom code generating output is inputted to a specific bit detecting circuit 7. A signal error detecting output is inputted to an AND circuit 11 and an error rate detecting circuit 12. If there is a signal error detecting output when specific bit detecting signals are outputted, in the specific bit detecting circuit 7, a timing circuit 13 is stated, and those detecting signals become counting inputs of a counting circuit 10.
