Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a cooling effect and perform a uniform cooling by a method wherein a radiation means for use in cooling liquid coolant is arranged in a coolant circulation passage. CONSTITUTION:Before the coolant 5 transmitted by the pump 6 is discharged from the atomizer 8, the coolant 5 is cooled by the radiator 12. Temperature of the coolant 5 discharged from the atomizer 8 may be kept lower than the temperature of the coolant 5 stored in the coolant sump 5' before it is passed through the radiater 12. In this way, it is possible to provide an effective cooling of the winding 1 and the iron core 2 under an atomization of the cooled and cold coolant and at the same time a uniform cooling of the winding and iron core may be performed.
