Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a continuous treatment through the same treatment device and reduce the time required for the whole treatment by a method wherein a motor after the impregnation-and-hardening treatment is guided to the core rust preventive treatment section immediately after coming out from an impregnation furnace to perform the rust preventive treatment with the remaining heat of the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A carrier chain 2 for the object to be treated coming out of the impregnation furnace 4 of a drip impregnation device is connected with the section 1 for mounting-and-dismounting the object to be treated. A small-sized motor forwarded by the carrier chain 2 for the object to be treated comes into the impregnation furnace 4, wherein the coil thereof is drip-impregnated with the varnish while itself rotates through a self-rotating chain 3, to harden the varnish being heated later. Thereby, for the purpose of utilizing the remaining heat of the small-sized motor 5, the carrier chain 2 for the object to be treated does not go direct to the mounting- and-dismounting section 1 after leaving the impregnation furnace, but being extended while the rust preventive treatment section is provided between the furnace 4 and the mounting-and-dismounting section 1. The small- sized motor 5 is applied with the rust preventive agent at the rust preventive treatment section through a felt roller 12. Thereby the coil impregnation treatment and the core rust preventive treatment can be continuously performed with the same treatment device to reduce the time required for the whole treatment.
