Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency of an induction device by superposing a plurality of partial coils to form inside and outside coils, inclining the partial coils with respect to the horizontal plane and flowing condensing coolant from above. CONSTITUTION:Inside and outside coils 13, 14 are associated with a core 12, a heat exchanger 16 for condensing coolant 15 is provided above a tank 11 for containing the device body, and liquid reservoirs 17, 18 provided above and blow the tank 11 are connected via a circulation pump 19 by a connecting tube 19a to form a liquid circulating unit 20. The inside and outside coils 13, 14 are formed by superposing the partial coils 21, are inclined with respect to the horizontal plane along the radial direction, and are arranged alternately or in zigzag state from above. Since the coolant is flowed from above the coil, a plurality of partial coils forming the coil can be uniformly cooled with the minimum coolant.
