CONSTITUTION:A basic current switch type logical circuit of 5 input is formed with the transistor Q1 with the comparison reference potential supplied to the base 1, the transistors Q2-Q6 with the input potential supplied to each base, and the transistor Q7 with the constant voltage potential supplied to its base, respectively. Then, the emitter area of the Q1 is set at nearly the square root value of a product of the total sum of the emitter areas of transistors Q2-Q6 and the minimum emitter area among the Q2-Q6.
