Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the delay of the opening and closing of injection valve by application of preliminary voltage to coil during the idling period by providing the first switching circuit and the fast-phase second switching circuit to a coil for opening and closing fuel injection valve.
CONSTITUTION: The signal of the revolving speed sensor 10 is put in the second switching circuit 19 through the pulse-generating circuit 16 to send out a preliminary driving pulse of a fixed width synchronized with the timing of ignition. Also, the sensor 10 puts its output in the fuel injection amount control circuit 13 through the delay circuit 15 and also the signal of the intake air amount sensor 11 is put in the circuit 13. And, the circuit 13 is connected to the first switching circuit 17 and then sends out a pulse signal with a time lag delayed from the timing of ignition. Thus, during the idling period, a lagged phase of voltage from the first and second circuits 17 and 19 is applied to the injection valve driving coil 18, thus raising the accuracy of valve operation.
