Abstract

PURPOSE:To make easy for the adjustment suitable for small size and massproduction with a simple constitution, by adjusting the temperature characteristics of the crystal oscillator with the impedance change of diode being a part of the load capacitance of crystal oscillator at ambient temperature of a given range. CONSTITUTION:The voltage divided from the junction of the heat sensing resistor 28 and the resistor 18 is fed to the diode 26 via the resistor 18. As a result, the applied voltage and current of diode 26 are changed with the ambient temperature. Further, since the diode impedance is saturated when the current in the diode is a given value or more, when the thermistor 28, resistors 18, 19 are suitably set, the impedance is dependent on the temperature at the ambient temperature with a given range. Thus, at the ambient temperature of a given range, the temperature characteristics of crystal oscillator is compensated with the impedance change of diode being a load capacitance of crystal oscillator, allowing to obtain easy adjustment suitable for the small size and massproduction with a simple constitution.
