CONSTITUTION:A series circuit of piezoelectric oscillator consisting of a quartz oscillator 36, thermister 31 producing a voltage depending on the ambient temperature, capacitor 33 and diode 34 and another series circuit of a capacitor 37 and a diode 38, are provided. Further, a capacitor 52 having smaller temperature coefficient is provided in series with a capacitor 51 having greater temperature coefficient, and a capacitor 53 having smaller temperature coefficient is provided parallel with this series circuit. Thus, the frequency-temperature compensation is made over the entire range of temperature compensation.
