Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain relatively excellent frequency temperature characteristics at intermediate frequencies, to facilitate the supporting of an E-shaped piezoelectric oscillator, and to improve the mass-productivity by combining the length longitudinal oscillation move and torsional oscillation mode with each other.
