Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep the oscillation stable within a broad temperature range, by oscillating a thick sliding piezoelectric oscillator in the main resonance frequency and the subresonance frequency at the same time, and making temperature compensation through the use of one temperature characteristics at least in both the frequencies. CONSTITUTION:A thick sliding piezoelectric oscillator Q is oscillated in the main resonance frequency f1 and the subresonance frequency at the same time, and temperature compensation is made by using at least one temperature characteristics of both the frequencies. The 1st resonance circuit to oscillate the oscillator Q in the main resonance frequency f1 consists of an inverter V1, resistor R1 and capacitors C1, C4, C5, and the 2nd resonance circuit to oscillate it in the subresonance frequency f2 comprises an inverter V2, resistor R2, coil L, and capacitors C2, C3-C5.
