PURPOSE:To extent the variable range of frequency to make a voltage controlled crystal oscillating device stable against the change of temperature by connecting a parallel circuit of an inductor and a temperature compensating resistance in series to an crystal oscillator of the voltage controlled crystal oscillating device constituting of a series circuit of the crystal oscillator and a varactor diode. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit is constituted of the series circuit of a varactor diode 2, an inductor 3 and a crystal oscillator 6, then, a resistor 4 and a thermistor 5 are connected in parallel with the inductor 3. The inductance of the inductor 3 is changed with a positive characteristic according as the temperature rises, and the resultant resistance of the resistor 4 and the thermistor 3 is changed with a negative characteristic according as the temperature rises. Thus, the voltage controlled crystal oscillating device stable against the change of temperature is obtained.
