Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain easily manufacturable cell having improved storability and reliable current collecting effect, by forming a conductive resin layer, as positive current collecting member, on a cell case which contacts with positive agent in nonaqueous electrolyte cell employing light metal as negative active material.
CONSTITUTION: Positive agent 3 such as graphite fluoride is provided through positive current collecting member 2 on inner bottom 1' of cell case 1 made of stainless steel, then negative active material 6 composed of separator 4, electrolyte impregnated member 5 and light matal such as lithium is provided. Said negative active material 6 is pressed to negative current collecting member 7 then enclosed by cell case 1 and stainless sealing board 8 through a gasket 9 to form nonaqueous electrolyte cell. The positive current collecting member 2 of said cell is formed by thermally fusing a conductive resin such as polyethylene sheet containing carbon on the coarsed inner bottom 1'.
