Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the discharging characteristic by securing the positive agent and the cell case or current collecting member fixed to said case through conductive paint thereby reducing the inner impedance of cell.
CONSTITUTION: Positive agent of graphite fluoride is secured on the cell case 1 made of stainless steel then lithium negative electrode 7 is provided through a separator 5 and impregnation member 6. Stainless steel sealing board 9 contacting with nickel expanded metal current collecting member 8 of said negative electrode 7 and the cell case 1 are enclosed through gasket 10 to form nonaqueous electrolyte cell. Said positive electrode agent 4 is adhered through conductive paint film 3a onto the coarsed inner bottom 1' then baked with 100°C, for example. Colloidal solution where carbon is dispersed into water glass mainly composed of sodium silicate or colloidal solution where carbon is dispersed into water solution of carboxy methyl cellulose is employed as said conductive paint.
