Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress decomposition of organic solvent and prevent deterioration of cell performance dut to storage by using the metal oxide whose surface is decorated by silane coupling agent as the positive electrode active substance of an organic electrolyte cell having light metal negative electrode used.
