Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the starting and stoppage of a turbine optionally and utilize effectively the energy of sea waves and the like by providing a variable turbine blade device on the shaft of a huge turbine equipped with a buoyancy device and performing full extension and closure of the angle of the blade in a water current.
CONSTITUTION: A support point 2 and a blade are set on a blade shaft 1 and the tip of the support point 2 is linked to a kinetic system, whereby the angle of the blade 3 can be regulated. On the full closure of its angle, the blade of a turbine is made to be in parallel to a water current, thereby its rotation being stopped, while on the full extension of the angle thereof, the rotating force is obtained from the effect contrary to the above. In this way, by utilizing the huge energy of the low- speed current, a rotational energy is obtained.
