Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a big amount of rotating torque obtainable as a whole, with an effective wind power pressure made seizable also from a diagonally front direction, by providing an appropriate number of impellers in every horizontal rotary shaft in a manner with a diameter of rear ones gradually made bigger.
CONSTITUTION: A direction of the wind is shown by a wind direction rudder 15, with a change of wind direction detected by a wind direction detector 14, and a turning mechanism 20 turns a vertical support frame 4 around a support shaft 7.
