Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve energy conversion efficiency by mounting a wind receiving blade rotatably on an end of a blade supporting plate.

While the wind receiving blade 4 proceeds with rotation, a force in the direction counter to that in which a rotary shaft 1 turns does not work on the wind receiving blade 4, therefore a wind pressure working on the wind receiving blade 4 is all converted into an energy of rotation, thus improving a conversion efficiency.
