Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a great turning force for a rotary shaft of a turbine by attaching flexible blades to the rotary shaft in the crossing directions at the center of the shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Flexible blades 2 made of flexible substance such as a sail or the like are attached to a turbine's rotary shaft 1 in the crossing directions at the center of the shaft. The blades 2 are full in the direction of air to produce chamber and pitch so that the flexible blades obtain higher blade performance in comparison with rigid blades firmly attached to the shaft, thereby providing greater turning force for the rotary shaft 1.
