Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a revolving energy to be taken out in a high efficiency and in stable by a method wherein a wind receiving blade is made rotatable in one direction by means of a stopper and a force acting in a direction in which the rotation can be kept off is arrested at all.
CONSTITUTION: In conditions AWC, the wind receiving blade 3 is hung down, with a blade supporting arm 2 as a center of the rotation, by a wind receiving stopper 4 which is pressed down to a stopper limiter 6 by means of a stopper spring 5 against a wind direction x. Accordingly, the wind receiving blade 3 is subjected to the maximum wind power and moves from the condition A to the condition C to contribute to make rotations. In conditions D, H, the blade 3 is turned in parallel to the wind direction and irrelevant to the rotation. Further, in conditions EWG, the blade 3 is made rotatable with the blade supporting arm 2 as the center of the rotation, so that it becomes a free-running state and does not make the force acting in the direction in which the rotation of the rotating shaft can be prevented, and therefore, the revolving energy in high efficiency and in stable can be taken out.
