Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of water to be supplied to an evaporator and operate equipment at a low cost, by heating natural gas by a heat exchanger employing exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:A pump 1 is coupled to the output shaft of an internal combustion engine 11 and driven by the engine. A heat exchanger 13 provided in a gas pipe 9, which connects an evaporator 2 and a gas tank 5 to each other, heats natural gas supplied from the evaporator 2, by exhaust gas 12 discharged from the engine 11. According to this constitution, the natural gas is previously heated, the quantity of water to be supplied to the evaporator 2 is reduced and equipment is operated at a low cost.
