CONSTITUTION: The pressure source nipple 205 is connected to the suction pipe of the internal combustion engine, the bellows 209, diaphragm 213 and valve 203 are in a body, the valve 203 is opened by the combined pressure of both loads produced by the bellows 209 and the spring 202. A negative pressure applied to the nipple 205 is transferred to the control negative pressure chamber 207, the valve 203 approaches to the seat 204, and when the valve 203 takes the seat 204 depending on the mahnitude of negative pressure, no negative pressure is transferred to the chamber 207. On the other hand, the leak orifice 206 is provided to the chamber 207, the open air flows into the chamber 207 at all times and the valve 203 separates from the seat 204, the negative pressure is transferred to the chamber 207 again. Accordingly the control negative pressure is maintained at a fixed level by repeating this operation.
