Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In level or low-lying ground, a bellows 21 is in a contracted state, and a port 23 is closed by a valve 22. Thus, in this case no air is bleeded through an air bleeding path 3. In high-lying ground, the bellows 21 is in an elongated state, and the port 23 is open. Thus, in this case atmospheric air is bleeded through the air bleeding path 3. At this time, if the engine is in a high load condition, the negative pressure acting upon a negative pressure port 18 is low. Thus, an opening 8 is opened by a valve body 20 with a diaphragm 13 of a negative pressure change- over valve 5 biased by a spring 19 in the direction of expanding a negative pressure chamber 14. Thus, air introduced into the path 3 is increased through the opening 8, an orifice 11 and a branch path 4A to an air bleeding port 2 to increase the air bleed quantity.
