Abstract

PURPOSE: A regulation system which operates with high performance for a long term by using a various air bleed valve including a diaphgram and a needle isolated from each other.
CONSTITUTION: A needle 33 isolated from a diaphgram 11 slides in a guide pipe 31 in which an orifice 34 is made. A valve 32 has the return spring 32 in contact with the bottom of the needle 33, which is put between the orifice 34 and the needle 33. A variable air bleed valve 30 is constituted as mentioned above. A concentric space is formed between the needle 33 and the open end of the orifice 34, resulting in a high performance regulation system. And the needle 33 comes in contact with one side of the orifice 34 to wear the part not the other part of the end face of the orifice 34, resulting in extended life of the system.
