CONSTITUTION:Continuous sheet 1 of synthetic high-polymer resin containing oligomers and plasticizers is treated with low-temperature plasma generated between an asymmetric type of internal electrodes in which the discharge surface at the high- voltage electrode is smaller than that of the grounding electrode, or symmetric types of cylindrical or rod electrodes at a distance between the electrodes of 0.5- 10 cm under a gas pressure of 1X10<-3>-10 Torr.
