PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in the number of external terminals and the miniaturization of substrate by disposing two common electrode groups and a semiconductor integrated circuit on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:First, second common electrode groups 12, 20 and an integrated semiconductor driving circuit 13 are disposed on an electrical insulation type good heat conductor substrate 11 composed of ceramics or the like and are connected to a diode array 16 and a ecording element 18 group.
