Claims (1)
抵抗体と、該第１固定抵抗体の他端に接続されるととも
に前記入力電極から略１０叫離間された導体電極と、該
電極に接続され摺動子の一端が摺接する可変抵抗体と、
前記摺動子の他端が当接する中心電極に一端が接続され
た第２固定抵抗体と、該第２固定抵抗体の他端に接続さ
れ前記摺動子によって得られる所定電圧を出力する出力
電極とを絶縁基板上に形成した高圧可変抵抗器をその入
力電極に１５．５ＫＶ〜１６．ＯＫＶ程度の入力電圧を
印加するとともに前記出力電極を接地した状態に設定す
る場合において、前記第１固定抵抗体の電圧分担値が前
記入力電圧値の略７６．６％以下になるように前記第１
