Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable excellent data transfer with a simple constitution when power supply is disconnected, by continuously performing the write-in to the erasable semiconductor nonvolatile memory and disconnection of power supply depending on the two state of switch. CONSTITUTION:The terminals D, C are short-circuited with one state application of the switch SW, causing the input signal applied to the write-in pulse generating circuit OSC, for data write-in to the semiconductor nonvolatile memory array MEM electrically erasable.
