Abstract
PURPOSE: To omit the high-precision processing and thus to simplify the manufacturing of the light emitting diode device, by forming the electrode on two surfaces parallel on the PN junction surface of the light emitting diode and then adhering the diode onto the attachment substrate to which the conduction foil and the solder layer are laminated with the PN junction set vartical.
