Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate calefactive capacity drop and waste heat recuperation in such a way that at least 3 pieces of air-to-heat exchangers and auxiliary heat exchangers are conducted in series, at least 2 pieces among the both heat exchanger groups are conducted in series through bypass valves.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of calefactive drive, in case where as resulted from the drop in the temperature of air 12, heat absorbing amount in a heat exchanger 10 on the side of exterior exceedingly comes down, otherwise the temperature of air 12 sends up evaporating temperature higher, shut-off valves 9, 6 close, 8, 7 open, refrigerant is streamed down to bypasses 14, 15 and to an auxiliary heat exchanger 13, a controller 21 controls a fan 11 on the side of the exterior and a pump 19, which controls the amount of water 17, increases absorbing amount into the auxiliary heat exchanger 13, and prevents calefactive capacity drop. And at the time of cooling drive, the shut-off valves 9, 6 close, the shut-off valves 8, 7 open, the refrigerant lets flow along the course, such as four-way change-over valve 2 → shut- off valve 8 → auxiliary heat exchanger 13 → bypasses 15, 14 → shut-off valve 5, the controller 21 controls the pump 19, to be able to recuperate heat with use of the auxiliary heat exchanger 13.
