Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to miniaturize the capacity of a refrigerator used in a nuclear power plant or the like by a method wherein when the air conditioning air is supplied to both the operator nonfull-time stationing area and the full-time stationing area, relatively high-temperature cold water is supplied to the cooling coil in the operator nonfull-time stationing area-side system which needs no dehumidification, in order to prevent moisture condensation.
CONSTITUTION: In a nuclear power plant, the air conditioning air led to the operator nonfull-time stationing area A and the full-time stationing area B is produced in casings 2a and 2b containing air filters 4a and 4b, heating coils 5a and 5b cooling coils 8a and 8b and supplied by air supply fans 1a and 1b respectively. In this case, the cold water flowing through the cooling coils 8a and 8b is supplied from a common refrigerator 12, but in the nonfull-time stationing area A system, the water mixed with the higher-temperature cold water on the outlet side of the cooling coil 8a, mixed at a three-way valve 15, is used as the cold water to flow through the cooling coil 8a. Moreover, said mixed water is that regulated, by a controller 20, to a higher temperature than the outer-air dew point.
