Abstract
PURPOSE: To effect the air conditioning in a good accuracy by a method wherein amounts of air flowing through a dehumidifying heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger are enabled to be controlled by dampers respectively and the inlet water temperature of the cooling heat exchanger as well as the outlet water temperature of the air conditioner are controlled so that each of the two is kept constant.
CONSTITUTION: The dehumidifying heat exchanger 2, the cooling heat exchanger 3 and a fan 5 are accommodated in the outer casing 1 of the air conditioner and the sensible heat and the latent heat of a room are removed by sending cooled water in a water tank 6 to the heat exchangers 2, 3 by a pump 9. Here, the dampers 17, 19 and bypass dampers 18, 20 are provided before the respective heat exchangers 2, 3 while the dampers 17, 19 and the bypass dampers 18, 20 are operated in reverse manner. A three-way valve 25 is provided at the discharging side pipe line of the pump 9 and the valve 25 controls the amount of water flowing through the bypass pipe 22 by sensing with a sensor 21 so that the temperature of cool water came out from the air conditioner becomes constant all the times. Further, a bypass pump 16 and a valve 23 are provided in parallel with the cooling heat exchanger 2.
