Abstract

PURPOSE: To elevate reliability by adjusting the flow rate of the fluid to be heat-exchanged such that the temperatures at the corresponding parts of the respective heat exchangers other than the inlet of the fluid to be heat-exchanged and the inlet of the heat-exchanging fluid will all agree with each other by setting one of said temperatures as reference.
CONSTITUTION: When the flow rate of the heating fluid A lowers down due to an external disturbance to cause drop of the detection temperature of a temperature converter TT1, the setting temperatures of the temperature controllers TT1WTTn automatically drop correspondingly by an instruction from the temperature converter TT1, whereby the adjusting valves TCV2WTCVn are automatically operated in the closing direction to reduce the flow rate of the fluid to be heat-exchanged B which flows through said adjusting valves TCV2, TCV3, ... TCVn. Accordingly, the flow rate of the fluid to be heat-exchanged B flowing through the adjusting valve CV1 increases and the temperature of the temperature converter TT1 and the detecting portions of the temperature controllers TC2WTCn are equalized to each other to automatically bring about an equilibrium state. In this way, use of an expensive temperature operator is unneessitated and the construction is simplified, resulting in a good economy and improved reliability.
