Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintatin the water of the hot water supply unit of a hot water storage tank at high temperature and to condition the air in the room by arranging the auxiliary heat exchanger of a cooling system of a thermal engine as a compressor drive source in a heating container attached to the tank. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditoner having an outdoor unit 2 and an indoor unit 3, the unit 2 is constrcuted to pipe a compressor 4 driven by an internal combustion engine 34, a four-way valve 17, an outdoor auxiliary heat exhanger 19, an outdoor main heat exchanger 25, a liquid reservoir 30 an indoor heat exchanger 9, a bypass tube 32 for bypassing the heat exchanger 9. A hot water storage tank 12 is provided in the unit 2, and a heating container 13 is provided to communicate from the lower part to the upper part of the tank 12. The heat exchanger 19 is provided in the container 13, and an auxiliary water heat exchanger 44 in a coolant circuilting circuit of the engine 34 is arranged. An outdoor water heat exchanger 46 in a coolant circulating circuit is aligned in parallel with the heat exchanger 25.
