Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a leaked calory for an air conditioning and to enable a light and small-sized device to be made by a method wherein a coolant heat exchanger and a thermal medium heat exchanger are stored or placed in the indoor unit in a heat exchange relation therewith and the leaked calory may be applied for an air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:High pressure gas coolant discharged from a compressor 111 is condensed and liquefied by non-use heat exchanger 112, expanded at a choking device 114, absorbs heat from the heating medium during a process in which the same passes through the first use heat exchanger 122, evaporated and returned back to the compressor 111 as a low pressure gas coolant. In turn, the water is sent to the second use heat exchanger 123 by a circulation pump 4, the water of which heat is absorbed to show a low temperature is supplied to each of the fan coil units 3 from a forwarding pipe header 125 and returned back to a return pipe header 126. The pipes are arranged in the header to cause a volume of water in each of the fan coil units 3 to be uniformly made and a flow rate adjustment value of each of the units 3 is eliminated. The leaked calory from the first and the second heat exchangers 122 and 123 is fed to the air conditioning in the room.
