Abstract
An air-conditioning plant for spaces with hot water supply is concerned, in which a compressor (1), a four-way valve (2), a condenser (3a) with a hot water supply container (3), a first throttle device (4), a heat exchanger (7) on the non-use side, a second throttle device (9) and a heat exchanger (10) on the use side are connected in series by means of a coolant duct. To perform energetically efficient hot water supply operation, hot water supply and cooling operation and heating operation with this plant, it has a first bypass (A) to bypass the condenser (3a) and the first throttle device (4), as well as a second bypass (B) to bypass the first throttle device (4), a third bypass (C) to bypass the second throttle device (9) and the heat exchanger (10) on the use side, and a control device for control of the opening and closing of the first, second and third bypasses (A, B and C) and to control the four-way valve (2). <IMAGE>
