Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the rise in compressor discharge gas temperature on the time of opening of bypass circuit by providing in the course of a refrigeration cycle a first bypass circuit switching means, circuit expansion means, first bypass circuit, second bypass circuit, and second bypass circuit switching means.
CONSTITUTION: With a first bypass circuit B opened, the temperature of the discharge gas from a compressor rises with increasing cooling load on an evaporator 4 in a main circuit A. When the temperature has surpassed a limit, a temperature detector 112 of a switching means 11 for a second bypass circuit C detects it and transfers it to a bellofram 11j for extending the latter. This opens a valve body 11f through the function of a rod 11k, and results in that an inlet unit 11a is communicated with an outlet unit 11b and that a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant in an expansion means 6 bypasses a refrigerant heat exchanger 7. The temperatures of the refrigerant in the circuit B and of the refrigerant sucked in the compressor 1 are lowered, so that the temperature of the discharge gas from the compressor 1 is lowered.
