Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain the stability of condensing pressure with the normal amount of refrigerant by connecting the first condenser provided with a fan controlled by a high pressure switch in parallel with the second condenser provided with an electromagnetic valve and a fan controlled by a thermo-switch of open air temperature.
CONSTITUTION: When an open air temperature is comparatively high, a condensing-pressure regulating valve 15 works little, and the refrigerant gas discharged from a refrigerant compressor 1 is branched to be introduced into the first and the second condenser 9 and 14, and conducted through a liquid pool 3 and an expansion valve 4 to be evaporated in an evaporator 5 for cooling. When the open air temperature is lowered, however, the discharge pressure is lowered below the set pressure in the condensing-pressure regulating valve 15, and by the operation of the regulating valve 15, the discharged gas is conducted through a bypass circuit 16 into the regulating valve 15. Consequently, liquid refrigerant is collected in the first and the second condenser 9 and 14, and the condensing pressure is raised to return to a fixed set point. This construction serves to maintain the condensing pressure in a constant level without being influenced by the variation of the open air temperature.
