Abstract

PURPOSE: To drop temperature of exhaused air at the time of dehumidifying the air by preheating the air for reclaiming with use of either compression heat of raw material or high temperature heat of exhaust for reclaiming when a pair of dedumidifying cylinders alternately adsorption and reclamation.
CONSTITUTION: Air with high temperature and full humidity delivered from a raw material air source 1 is cooled off through a heat exchanger 44, a primary cooler 3, a secondary cooler 5 and comes into a dehumidifying cylinder 12A, dried air dehumidified by an adsorbent agent 13A is sent into an ozone generator 34. At the same time, a dehumidifying cylinder 12B is performing heating reclamation. Eventually, atmosphere pressured by a reclaiming blower 19 is preheated under compression heat of the raw material air source when passing a heat exchanger 44, which is further heated by a heater 23, sent into the dehumidifying cylinder 12B, and deprives the adsorbent agent 13B of water. If exhaust is expelled via a heat exchanger 43 through a conduit 75 with use of a converting valve 35, the exhaust heat preheating. The raw material air is bypassed through a valve 42.
