Abstract
PURPOSE: To dwindle electric power expenditure of a heating reclaiming heater by performing heating reclamation of air after dehumidifying in utilization of compression heat delivered from raw material air in the heating dehumidifying process of air for the ozone generator.
CONSTITUTION: After air with high temperature and full humidity from an air source is cooled off in a port b by a heat exchanger 44, which is rejoined at a piping 45, passing through coolers 3, 5 into a heat exchanger 44 whereby air gain b necessary for reclaiming under heat is heated, and further heated until it goes up to the temperature enough to reclaim adsorbent agents 13A, B. The air having passed through a dehumidifying cylinder 12B in 2-cylinder type which is alternately used is led to a piping 68 with use of a valve 66, which is joined with the air from the air source 1. When the delivered temperature for example rises to 135°C 2.5 hours later, the air b arrives at a heat exchanger 44 by converting a valve 41, which is rejoined at the piping 45. The heating reclaiming air b is preheated by the heat exchanger 44, to dwindle the electric power of a heater 58.
