Abstract
PURPOSE: To dispense with heating and cooling equipment as well as to preclude heating reclaimed air at the time of dehumidifying the air from discharging in the atmosphere by using the dehumidified air for dehumidifying and cooling at the time of reclaiming when a pair of dehumidifying cylinders alternately repeat adsorption and reclamation.
CONSTITUTION: Air delivered from a blower 1 is sent through a heat exchanger 43, a primary cooler 3, a refrigerating type air dryer 52 into a dehumidifying cylinder 12A, which is dehumidifiedly dried to a settled dew point temperature, for example -60°C. A blower 75 leads air amount necessary for reclamation into a conduit 66, residual air amount (A) is sent through a piping 62 into an ozone generator 34. Since adsorbed air gain B becomes low humidity, high temperature through a reducing valve 65, a piping 68 and the heat exchanger 43 before entering a dehumidifying cylinder 12B, water is removed through an adsorbing agent 13B. Then, a converting valve 67 makes conversion, air gain B comes through a piping 77, a piping 28 into a dehumidifying cylinder 28, to cool the adsorbing agent 13B.
