And the air B passes through a valve 53, which is heated to the extent of heating reclaiming temperature 250°C with use of a heater 55 passing through a valve 51 before entering a dehumidifying cylinder 26. The air after heating reclamation cools off the air B, the residual air A-B is joined to be the air (A) and sent into a pirmary cooler 3. Since the air B for heating reclamation has temperature to the extent of compression heat 130°C constantly delivered from the raw material air source, the capacity of the heater 55 can get by with half the amount.
