Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ラマンスペクトルにおいて酸化コバルト(Co3O4)に帰属されるバンドを 示さないコバルト担持ゼオライトを含む、還元性ガスの酸化当量以上の酸素を含 む排ガス中の窒素酸化物を炭化水素により還元させるための窒素酸化物還元用触 媒。 2.コバルト担持ゼオライトが、更にNi、Ca、Sr、Ba、La、Mn、 AgおよびInからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つ以上の金属を担持してい る請求項1記載の窒素酸化物還元用触媒。 3.コバルトを、コバルトのカルボン酸塩からイオン交換によりゼオライト担 持させた請求項1記載の窒素酸化物還元用触媒。 4.Ni、Ca、Sr、Ba、La、Mn、AgおよびInからなる群から選 ばれた金属をそれらのカルボン酸塩からイオン交換によりゼオライトに担持させ た請求項2記載の窒素酸化物還元用触媒。 5.ゼオライト中の担持コバルトのアルミニウムに対する原子比が0.45以 上である請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の窒素酸化物還元用触媒。 6.ゼオライトがBEA型である請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の窒素酸化物還 元用触媒。 7.ゼオライトのSiO2/Al2O3モル比が10〜50である請求項6記載の 窒素酸化物還元用触媒。 8.ラマンスペクトルにおいて酸化コバルト(Co3O4)に帰属されるバンドを 示さないコバルト担持ゼオライトを含む窒素酸化物還元用触媒の存在下に、還元 性ガスの酸化当量以上の酸素を含む排ガス中で炭化水素により窒素酸化物を還元 することを特徴とする排ガス中の窒素酸化物の還元方法。 9.コバルト担持ゼオライトに、更にNi、Ca、Sr、Ba、La、Mn、 AgおよびInからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つ以上の金属を担持させた 触媒を用いる請求項8記載の排ガス中の窒素酸化物の還元方法。 10.排ガス中に含まれる炭化水素が、メタン換算にして90モル%以上が炭 素数4以下の炭化水素である請求項8または9記載の窒素酸化物の還元方法。
