Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硬化シリコーンゲル物質から作られる押出シリコーンゲル形材を製造する 方法であって、この方法において、下記の段階: (i)約35℃より高い温度において硬化される反応性シリコーン混合物を均質に 混合して、硬化シリコーンゲル物質を形成する段階であって、この段階において 、混合が、スタティックミキサ中において反応性シリコーン混合物が容易に硬化 する温度より低い温度で行われ、反応性シリコーン混合物が下記のものの混合物 を含んで成る段階: (a)(R1R2 2SiO0.5)(R1R2SiO)a(R2 2SiO)b(R1R2 2SiO0.5)、 (R2 3SiO0.5)(R1R2SiO)c(R2 2SiO)d(R2 3SiO0.5)、 またはそれらの組み合わせである第一シリコーン成分[式中、R1はビニル、アリ ル、ヘキセニルおよびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択され;およびR2 はメチル、エチル、高級アルキル、3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピル、フェニルお よびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される。]および、 (b) (R3R2 2SiO0.5)(R3R2SiO)e(R2 2SiO)f(R3R2 2SiO0.5)、 (R2 3SiO0.5)(R3R2SiO)g(R2 2SiO)h(R2 3SiO0.5)、 (R3R2 2SiO0.5)4SiO2、 またはそれらの組み合わせである第二シリコーン成分[式中、R3は水素であり、 R2は前記と同意義である。] [下付き文字a〜hは、硬化シリコーンゲル物質が、エキステンダー液の添加ま たは非添加において、6〜225gのボランド硬度、約1〜75gのボランド粘着力、お よび約10〜95%のボランド応力緩和を示す値である。] (ii)反応性シリコーン混合物を、成形ダイに通す段階;および、 (iii)反応性シリコーン混合物を、成形ダイから加熱液体浴中に押出し、その 浴中で、液体が約85℃より高い温度に加熱されて、硬化シリコーンゲル物質から 作られ実質的にダイの形状を有する押出シリコーンゲル形材を形成する段階; を含んで成る方法。 2.加熱液体浴中の液体がシリコーン油であり、シリコーン油が押出シリコー ンゲル形材に吸収される請求項1に記載の方法。 3.押出シリコーンゲル形材が、シリコーン油の吸収時に、約2gより大きい表 面粘着力を有し、約0.05〜約0.8のボランド形材粘着力:ボランド形材硬度の比 を有する請求項1に記載の方法。 4.加熱液体浴中の液体が、85℃より高い沸点を有し、および、好ましくは、 水、界面活性剤を含有する水、グリセロール、ポリ(アルキレングリコール)、 鉱油、シリコーン油、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される請求 項1に記載の方法。 5.反応性シリコーン混合物が、ダイから出るときに、約2000cStより大きい 粘度、好ましくは約10000cStより大きい粘度を有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載の方法。 6.実質的に非伸長性のコア部材の形態の、硬化シリコーンゲル物質のための キャリヤが、押出工程の間に成形ダイを通過する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の 方法。 7.実質的に非伸長性のコア部材が、ポリマーファイバー、ガラスファイバー 、カーボンファイバー、金属ファイバー、セラミックファイバー、コットン、ウ ール、連続気泡フォーム、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される 請求項6に記載の方法。 8.反応性シリコーン混合物が、不活性稀釈剤をさらに含有する請求項1〜7の いずれかに記載の方法。 9.不活性稀釈剤が、約0〜90重量%の量の、トリメチルシロキシ末端ポリ( ジメチルシロキサン)である請求項8に記載の方法。 10.第一シリコーン成分が、25℃において約10000〜約500000cStの粘度を有す る多ビニル官能化ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)であり、第二シリコーン成分が、 約300〜約60000の分子量を有し、1分子当たり約3〜約20の反応性水素化物部位 を有する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.成形ダイが、円形、およびnが2より大きい整数であるn個の辺を有する 形状から選択される形状を有する請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.成形ダイが、円形、三角形、四角形、尖頭四角形、および長方形から成る 群から選択される形状を有する請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.加熱液体浴中の液体が、押出シリコーンゲル形材の押出方向と同じ方向に 流動される請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造される押出シリコーン ゲル形材。 15.円形、およびnが2より大きい整数であるn個の辺を有する形状から成る 群から選択される断面形状を有する請求項14に記載の押出シリコーンゲル形材。 16.円形、三角形、四角形、尖頭四角形、および長方形から成る群から選択さ れる断面形状を有する請求項14に記載の押出シリコーンゲル形材。 17.ポリマーファイバー、ガラスファイバー、カーボンファイバー、金属ファ イバー、セラミックファイバー、コットン、ウール、ポリマーフォーム、および それらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されるのが好ましい、実質的に非伸長性 のコア部材の形態の、硬化シリコーンゲル物質のためのキャリヤを、さらに含む 請求項14に記載の押出シリコーンゲル形材。 18.加熱液体浴から吸収されるシリコーン油をその中に有する請求項16に記載 の押出シリコーンゲル形材。 19.シリコーン油の吸収時に約2gより大きい表面粘着力を有し、約0.05〜約0. 8のボランド形材粘着力:ボランド形材硬度の比を有する請求項18に記載の押出 シリコーンゲル形材。
