Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ワックス被覆したシリカからなる艶消し剤において、前記シリカが少なく とも1.5cm3/g、好ましくは少なくとも1.8cm3/gの細孔容積をもつ非晶質シリカで あり、前記ワックス被覆が艶消し剤の重量の6%〜15%の範囲内にあるものであ り且つ合成ポリエチレンワックスを含有してなるものであることを特徴とする艶 消し剤。 2.非晶質シリカが2.5cm3/gよりも小さい細孔容積をもつものであり、ワック ス被覆が艶消し剤の重量の10%〜15%の範囲内にある請求項1記載のワックス被 覆したシリカ。 3.非晶質シリカが60°の入射角で光沢単位20よりも小さい艶消し効率を有し 且つウレタンアクリレート配合物(2)中に5.4重量%の装填量をもつものであ る請求項1又は2に記載のワックス被覆したシリカ。 4.合成ポリエチレンワックスが115℃未満、好ましくは100℃未満、さらに好 ましくは85℃未満の融点をもつものである請求項1記載のワックス被覆したシリ カ。 5.艶消し剤を3〜15重量%含有してなUV硬化性系であって、前記艶消し剤が ワックス被覆したシリカであり、前記シリカが少なくとも1.5cm3/g、好ましくは 少なくとも1.8cm3/gの細孔容積をもつ非晶質シリカであり、前記ワックス被覆が 艶消し剤の重量の6%〜15%の範囲内にあるものであり且つ85℃未満、好ましく は80℃未満の融点をもつ合成ポリエチレンワックスを含有してなるものであるUV 硬化性系。
