Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.束ね引抜きにより得られる金属フィラメントの束を含む繊維構造物において 、該構造物中の束が、実質的に平行に延びるフィラメントから成り、かつ該構造 物が、1mmより小さな厚みを有することを特徴とする繊維構造物。 2.厚みが100〜500μmの間にあるところの請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 3.重量が200〜400g/m2の間にあるところの請求項2記載の繊維構造 物。 4.メッシュ開口が1mm2より小さいところの請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに 記載の繊維構造物。 5.等価フィラメント直径が1〜25μmの間にあるところの請求項1記載の繊 維構造物。 6.等価フィラメント直径が少なくとも8μmに等しいところの請求項5記載の 繊維構造物。 7.ステンレス鋼製フィラメントを含む請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 8.束ね引抜きにより得られる金属フィラメントの束を含む繊維構造物において 、該構造物中の束が、実質的に平行に延びるフィラメントから成り、かつ該構造 物が、更に単純なワイヤを含むことを特徴とする繊維構造物。 9.束ねられた金属フィラメントが複合体マトリックス中に埋め込まれていると ころの多数の引抜かれた複合体ワイヤが、織り、編み又は編み組みにより構造物 へと加工され、かつ複合体マトリックスが次に、該構造物から除去されるところ の請求項1又は8記載の繊維構造物の製造法。 10.該構造物が次いで、ローリング又は均圧プレスによりコンパクト化される ところの請求項9記載の方法。 11.型中でガラス板を成形するための分離シートとして請求項1記載の構造物 を使用する方法。 12.請求項11記載の分離シートにより覆われているところの、ガラス板の成 形のための環状支持体。 13.型の雄部品が請求項11記載の分離シートにより覆われているところの、 ガラス板の成形のための型。 14.互いに異なる編みパターンを持つ、表面に又は断面全体に異なる領域を含 む請求項11記載の編み分離シート。 15.請求項1記載のオープンメッシュの編み繊維構造物。 16.分離シートとして請求項15記載の構造物を使用する方法。 17.他の物質により被覆され又は一体化された請求項1又は8記載の繊維構造 物。 18.電磁波に対する遮蔽のために請求項17記載の繊維構造物を使用する方法 。
