Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的にエチレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンの共重合体(ETFE)並 びに雲母から成る物体の組成物であって、ETFEが共重合体を基にして約40 〜約60モル%のエチレンおよび約60〜約40モル%のテトラフルオロエチレ ンの共重合体であり、雲母がETFEおよび雲母を基にして約3〜約25重量% の量で存在する組成物。 2.共重合体の割合が約45〜約55モル%のエチレンおよび約55〜約45モ ル%のテトラフルオロエチレンでありそして組成物が場合によりさらに本質的に 安定剤も含んでいてもよい請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 3.雲母の割合が約7.5〜約15重量%である請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物 。 4.ETFEおよび雲母の粉末の形態である請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 5.少なくとも約150ミクロンの厚さを有する少なくとも1つの耐透過性フィ ルムの形態である請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 6.約150〜約2,500ミクロンの間の厚さを有する少なくとも1つのコー テイングの形態である請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 7.ETFEおよび雲母を基にして約10重量%の雲母含有量を有する請求の範 囲第1項記載の組成物。 8.基質をETFEを含んでなる少なくとも1種のプライマーでコーテイングし 、 この下塗りされた基質を乾燥し、 ETFEおよび雲母を含んでなる少なくとも1つの層をこの下塗りされ た基質上に適用し、 この層を少なくとも約295℃の温度に層を溶融させるのに十分な条件下で加熱 する 段階を含んでなる基質を耐透過性組成物でコーテイングする方法であって、基質 に適用される層の全部の厚さが約500〜約2,500ミクロンの厚さの範囲で ある方法。 9.各々の適用後の加熱を少なくとも約20分間行う請求の範囲第8項記載の方 法。 10.ETFEおよび雲母を含んでなる該少なくとも1つの層を静電噴霧法によ り約260〜約310℃の範囲の温度にある下塗りされた基質に適用する請求の 範囲第8項記載の方法。 11.ETFEおよび雲母を含んでなる少なくとも3つの層を下塗りされた基質 に適用する請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.該少なくとも1つのETFEおよび雲母の層を下塗りされた基質に乾燥粉 末の形態で適用する請求の範囲第8項記載の方法。 13.請求の範囲第12項記載の方法により製造されるコーテイングされた基質 。 14.請求の範囲第5項記載の組成物でコーテイングされた基質。 15.(a)ETFEおよび1種もしくはそれ以上の接着促進性重合体を含んで なるプライマー、 (b)エチレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンの共重合体(ETFE)並びに雲 母から成る耐透過性組成物であって、ETFEが共重合体を基にして約40〜約 60モル%のエチレンおよび約60〜約40モル%のテトラフルオロエチレンの 共重合体であり、雲母がETFEおよび雲母 を基にして約3〜約25重量%の量で存在する組成物の少なくとも1つのトップ コート、並びに (c)基質 を含んでなるコーテイングされた基質。 16.接着促進性重合体がアミドイミド重合体およびポリフェニレンスルフィド の混合物を含んでなる請求の範囲第15項記載のコーテイングされた基質。 17.該基質がアルミニウム、炭素鋼および鋼よりなる群から選択される少なく とも1員を含んでなる請求の範囲第15項記載のコーテイングされた基質。 18.化学容器、化学反応器またはその耐腐食性部品としての請求の範囲第15 項記載のコーテイングされた基質の使用。
