Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種類の近似した沸点の芳香族又は非芳香族炭化水素からスチ レンを分離するための方法であって、第1要素がプロピレンカーボネート、スル ホラン(テトラメチレンスルホン)、メチルカルビトール、1−メチル−2−ピ ロリジノン、2−ピロリジノン及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択され、第 2要素が水である二要素抽出溶剤の存在下で、それらの混合物を抽出蒸留して、 スチレンを比較的多く含有する溶剤フラクションを得て、前記溶剤フラクション からスチレンを取り出すことを含む上記方法。 2.少なくとも1種類の近似した沸点の芳香族又は非芳香族炭化水素がo−キ シレンである、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記抽出溶剤の第2要素のその第1要素に対する重量比率が約0%〜約2 0%である、請求項1記載の方法。 4.スチレンと、少なくとも1種類の、近似した沸点の芳香族又は非芳香族炭 化水素とを含むフィードストックからスチレンを製造するための方法であって、 前記フィードストックを蒸留帯中に供給する工程と; プロピレンカーボネート、スルホラン(テトラメチレンスルホン)、メチルカ ルビトール、1−メチル−2−ピロリジノン、2−ピロリジノン及びこれらの混 合物から成る群から選択される第1要素と、水から成る第2要素とから本質的に 成る二要素抽出溶剤を前記蒸留帯中に供給する工程と; 前記フィードストックを前記蒸留帯において前記抽出溶剤の存在下で蒸留して 、 (a)蒸留帯に供給された抽出溶剤に比べてスチレンを比較的多く含有する溶剤 フラクションと、 (b)前記少なくとも1種類の近似した沸点の芳香族又は非芳香族炭化水素を含 み、前記フィードストックに比べてスチレンを比較的少なく含有するオーバーヘ ッドフラクションとを 製造する工程と; 前記溶剤フラクションを前記蒸留帯から取り出す工程と; 前記オーバーヘッドフラクションを前記蒸留帯から取り出す工程と を含む上記方法。 5.前記二要素抽出溶剤の2要素を前記蒸留帯に別々に供給する、請求項4記 載の方法。 6.前記フィードストックが熱分解ガソリンである、請求項4記載の方法。 7.前記フィードストックが熱分解ガソリンの分別蒸留によって、主として炭 素数8の炭化水素から成るC8流を製造することによって形成され、前記C8流が 前記蒸留帯に供給されるフィードストックを構成する、請求項4記載の方法。 8.前記C8流を前記蒸留帯に供給する前に水素化して、その中に含まれるア セチレン系化合物を水素化する、請求項7記載の方法。 9.前記C8流の水素化を、スチレンの実質的な量がエチルベンゼンに転化す るのを避ける条件下で行う、請求項8記載の方法。 10.前記オーバーヘッドフラクションの少なくとも一部が水素化されて、ト ルエンとキシレンとを含有する混合物を製造する、請求項4記載の方法。 11.前記溶剤フラクションがストリッピング帯に供給されて、該ストリッピ ング帯においてスチレン、前記芳香族又は非芳香族炭化水素の一部及び水が溶剤 から分離されて、ストリッパーオーバーヘッド流中に入り、溶剤は貧溶剤ボトム 流を構成して、前記二要素抽出溶剤の第1要素として前記蒸留帯に再循環される 、請求項4記載の方法。 12.前記ストリッパーオーバーヘッド流がスチレン精製帯に供給されて、該 スチレン精製帯において、スチレンと水よりも軽量である、シクロペンタジエン を包含する炭化水素成分がスチレン精製器オーバーヘッド流中に分離され、精製 スチレンはスチレン精製器側流中に分離され、前記抽出蒸留溶剤の第1要素の一 部を含有するスチレン精製器ボトム流が前記スチレン精製器帯において形成され る、請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記スチレン精製器ボトム流が前記抽出蒸留溶剤の第1要素の一部を前 記プロセスに再使用するために回収するように処理される、請求項12記載の方 法。 14.前記抽出蒸留帯、前記ストリッピング帯及び前記スチレン精製帯からの オーバーヘッド流から、水が分離されて、前記二要素抽出溶剤の前記第2要素の 少なくとも一部として前記蒸留帯に戻される、請求項12記載の方法。 15.前記二要素抽出溶剤の前記フィードストックに対する重量比が約1:1 から約20:1までの範囲内である、請求項4記載の方法。 16.前記フィードストックが約100℃から約180℃までの範囲内の温度 において沸騰する、請求項4記載の方法。 17.前記スチレンの沸点と前記少なくとも1種類の近似した沸点の芳香族又 は非芳香族炭化水素の沸点とが約0.1℃〜約10℃だけ異なる、請求項4記載 の方法。
