Description
本発明は炭化水素の蒸留における省エネルギーの改良された方法に関する。より具体的には、本発明はキシレン異性体を製造する芳香族化合物処理の複合施設内の省エネルギーに関する。
実施例
図6で上述した蒸気発生と直接熱交換との組み合わせを投資回収の観点から評価した。基準事例は、図1に記載した施設であり、本発明の事例は、図3の系統図に適用した図6の事例である。パラキシレンの製造のための相対的重要パラメーターは次の通りである。

Claims (10)
- C8芳香族化合物及びC9以上の重質芳香族化合物を含有する供給原料からパラキシレンを製造する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの低沸点供給原料流及び少なくとも1つの高沸点供給原料流に含まれるC8芳香族化合物をC9以上の重質芳香族化合物から分離する2つのキシレン塔を含む蒸留工程であって、
前記少なくとも1つの高沸点供給原料流は前記少なくとも1つの低沸点供給原料流よりもC9以上の重質芳香族化合物の含有量が多く、
前記蒸留工程は、前記少なくとも1つの高沸点供給原料流を第1のキシレン塔内で第1の圧力で蒸留し、第1のC8芳香族化合物流を第1のC9以上の重質芳香族化合物流から分離すること、及び、前記少なくとも1つの低沸点供給原料流を第2のキシレン塔内で第2の圧力で蒸留し、第2のC8芳香族化合物流を第2のC9以上の重質芳香族化合物流から分離することを含み、前記第2の圧力は前記第1の圧力より高く、前記第2のキシレン塔からの塔頂流は前記第1のキシレン塔の再沸器と熱交換する、蒸留工程と、
(b)前記C8芳香族化合物流のいずれか又は両方並びに脱着剤流を吸着工程に注入し、パラキシレン及び脱着剤を含む第1の混合物並びに抽残液及び脱着剤を含む第2の混合物を得ることにより、前記第1及び第2のC8芳香族化合物流のいずれか又は両方からパラキシレンを回収するパラキシレン分離工程と、
(c)予備蒸留塔で前記第2の混合物を蒸留し、続いて加圧された抽残液塔に通して抽残液流及び脱着剤流を生成し、前記脱着剤流を前記パラキシレン分離工程に戻すことにより工程(b)の前記第2の混合物を分離する脱着剤回収工程であって、工程(a)の前記第2のキシレン塔の塔底流が前記加圧された抽残液塔の再沸器に熱を供給する脱着剤回収工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記第2の圧力が、前記第1の圧力よりも少なくとも400kPaは高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の圧力が100kPaと800kPaの間にある、請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のキシレン塔の前記再沸器が核沸騰能力の高い表面を有する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの高沸点供給原料流が5重量%を超えるC9以上の重質芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの低沸点供給原料流が5重量%より少ないC9以上の重質芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの低沸点供給原料流がC8芳香族化合物異性化生成物の脱ヘプタンしたものからの塔底流の一部又は全部を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧された抽残塔からの塔頂流が蒸気発生器と熱交換し、中圧蒸気を生成する、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のキシレン塔からの前記塔頂流と前記第1のキシレン塔の前記再沸器との間の熱交換が第2のキシレン塔からの前記塔頂流を凝縮させる、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パラキシレン分離工程が擬似移動床の吸着分離工程である、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
