Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 蛋白質を巻き戻しおよび復元し、それによって当該蛋白質がそれらの活性 型を獲得する方法であって、 (a)変性蛋白質と変性剤との混合物を、分離装置を通過させ、ここで当該分 離装置は、当該蛋白質を当該変性剤から迅速に分別することができ、そして (b)当該蛋白質を巻き戻すことから成る前記方法。 2. 当該分離装置が、蛋白質と塩との間のサイズの差異に基づく分離を行うこ とのできる連続静止相を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 当該連続静止相が、巻かれた静止相である、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 当該巻かれた静止相が、セルロースに基づく吸着媒物質を含んで成る、請 求項3に記載の方法。 5. 当該セルロースに基づく吸着媒物質が誘導化されている、請求項4に記載 の方法。 6. 当該巻かれた静止相が、DEAE誘導化60%綿/40%ポリエステルを 含んで成る、請求項3に記載の方法。 7. 当該分離装置が、蛋白質と塩との間のサイズの差異に基づく分離を行うこ とのできる粒子静止相を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 8. 当該分離装置が、サイズに基づく蛋白質の保持に基づく分離を行うことの できる膜を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 9. 蛋白質を巻き戻しおよび復元し、それによって当該蛋白質がそれらの活性 型を獲得する方法であって、 (a)変性蛋白質と変性剤との混合物を、巻かれた静止相を通過させ;そして (b)当該蛋白質を巻き戻すことから成る前記方法。 10. 当該蛋白質が、rSLPI、BDNF、GDNF,NGFおよびNT− 3から成る群から選ばれる、請求項1または9に記載の方法。 11. 当該蛋白質が、rSLPIである、請求項10に記載の方法。 12. rSLPIを巻き戻しおよび復元し、それによって当該rSLPIがそ の活性型を獲得する方法であって、 (a)変性rSLPIと変性剤との混合物を、巻かれた静止 相を通過させ、ここで当該巻かれた静止相は、DEAE誘導化60%綿/40% ポリエステルを含んで成り、そして (b)当該rSLPIを巻き戻すことから成る前記方法。
