Abstract

Se describe un proceso rápido y eficiente de replegado que utiliza una fase estacionaria, celulosica, enrollada, para separar rápidamente la proteína reducida, desnaturalizada, de la solucion de desnaturalizacion, promoviendo, de este modo, altos rendimientos de replegado de la proteína a mayores concentraciones de la proteína, mientras que disminuye significativamente el volumen necesario para lograr el replegado de la proteína.
